WE WANT TO WELCOME OUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS BY OFFERING HOSPITALITY, INFORMATION AND REFERRAL SERVICES FOR OUR WALK-IN VISITORS. TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE AND COMPLY WITH OUR REVISED COVID-19 PROTOCOLS, MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL, OCCUPANCY AND TIME LIMITS APPLY, AND SERVICES MAY BE LIMITED.

DUE TO THE LARGE VOLUME OF REQUESTS FOR UTILITY AND RENT HELP, A LIMITED NUMBER OF INTAKE REQUESTS ARE RECEIVED EACH MORNING MONDAY-FRIDAY BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM. OUR VOLUNTEER RESOURCE SPECIALISTS MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO RESPOND TO THOSE REQUESTS IN A TIMELY MANNER, USUALLY WITHIN 1 – 2 BUSINESS DAYS.
