CITYHEART WELCOMES OUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS BY OFFERING HOSPITALITY, INFORMATION AND REFERRAL SERVICES FOR OUR WALK-IN VISITORS.
TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE CITYHEART CONTINUES TO MONITOR COVID 19 LEVELS IN THE COMMUNITY WHICH MAY AFFECT OCCUPANCY RATE FOR VISITORS.

FOR THOSE WITH GREATER NEEDS, CITYHEART RECEIVES REQUESTS FOR EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE PRIMARILY BY TELEPHONE AND EMAIL.

DUE TO THE LARGE VOLUME OF REQUESTS FOR UTILITY AND RENT HELP, A LIMITED NUMBER OF INTAKE REQUESTS ARE RECEIVED EACH MORNING MONDAY-FRIDAY BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM. A WALK-IN VISITOR MAY COMPLETE AN INTAKE FORM AND BE PLACED IN A CALL BACK LIST BASED ON DAILY QUOTA. CITYHEART STAFF AND VOLUNTEER RESOURCE SPECIALISTS MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO RESPOND TO REQUESTS IN A TIMLEY MANNER, USUALLY WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS.
